make time entry simple. This post highlights the CDWA payroll schedule.

• CDWA pay periods cover a two-week time period.
• All time must be submitted to CDWA by 5pm PT on the Monday following the end of the pay period.
• You will be paid two Fridays after the end of the pay period.
• Submitting time late may delay pay.

EXAMPLE CDWA PAY PERIOD

Below is an example two-week pay period. In this example, the pay period starts on Sunday the 8th and ends
on Saturday the 21st. The time submission deadline is 5pm PT on Monday the 23rd. Payday is two Fridays
after the end of the pay period.
